At the end of each day as apart of the daily wind down at the end of a day, it’s nice to reflect on the positive things we have in life to be thankful for.
With our ever-increasing hectic schedules its easy to get caught up in daily chaos we forget to take time to stop and pull ourselves back into a basic place of self.
Before bed, take a moment to reflect on a positive that happened that day no matter how little, big or silly you may think it is.
It’s amazing how this positivity “cash” you put in the happy bank of your brain will send those little serotonin sparks firing into a rushed and tired brain and body.
Take it as a time to meditate or add it onto your daily meditation. It will help you sleep better but also put things into perspective!
