Covid-19 T’s & C’s

We will be opening under the Covid Protection Framework, which means we are only able to see vaccinated clients, as per M.O.H guidelines for close contact businesses.

You will need to come alone to your appointment, wear a mask and have your vaccination pass ready for scanning. Please ensure you read the confirmation email prior to your appointment for all of our salon protocols.

BOOKING POLICY:

A booking fee of 100% is required to secure your appointment during this busy time, and to help us remain contactless within the salon as much as possible. We understand that you may need to change your booking, and we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours to allow us enough time to offer that spot to another client, or cancellation fees apply.

If sufficient notice is given your full booking fee will roll over to your next scheduled appointment. If 48 hours notice isn’t given, your booking fee will be lost. If you simply do not show up, or cancel within 4 hours of your booked appointment you will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the cost of service.

The same policies apply if you have also not paid a booking fee, and we will invoice the services amount to be paid. Any outstanding cancellation fees must also be settled before any new bookings are made.

If you arrive at your appointment with no vaccine passport you will be charged 100% of the service booked and you will not be treated.

The time we set aside for your personal appointment is very valuable to us; we respect your time, so please respect ours.
